I  offer a range of expertise in my role as a consultant calling on my broad experience and learning in both the public health sector and the Aged Residential Care Sector. 

What I offer includes:

 All aspects of Aged Care including:

o   Policy and procedure writing and implementing

o   Complaints investigation, reporting and resolution

o    LTO - legal understanding and sale thereof

o   Understanding and implementation of all contractual requirements of the                 MOH and Retirement Villages Act.

o   Risk Analysis and Management

o   Roster set up, analysis, costing

o    Advice, vision and support for the establishment of new developments or                service expansion

o   Advice and guidance for shifting sites, building or renovating

o   Contract negotiating and compliance

o   Locum facility management support in absence of owner or manager

o   Interface and guidance between ARC and GP; ARC and secondary services;

o Staff management – employing, leading, motivating, managing, mentoring,             addressing and achieving change.
